Refund policy

Ham Solo 3D Printing has a No Refund Policy. All sales are final. If a product should arrive in an unsatisfactory manner please make sure to take a photo of the packaging, the unsatisfactory item and email them to hamsolo3dprinting@gmail.com

We will promptly assess the item and possibly send you out a replacement immediately based on the photo's you provide regarding the issue. Ham Solo 3D Printing is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been picked up for delivery.

Please note Ham Solo 3D Printing and it's teammates work to clean all supports during post processing but occasionally you may need to sand or trim a support mark on a model.
